What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 25 units per style. It keeps a run commercially sensible for you and for the production line. For volume orders, we plan capacity with you up front.
How long does production take?
Private label production typically takes about 7 working days once your garment specification and order are confirmed. Larger runs are scheduled and quoted individually, so you get a delivery date you can plan around.
Can you manufacture from our designs, patterns or fabric?
Yes. Your own designs, patterns and technical specifications are welcome, and so is your own fabric. If you are starting from an idea, we can help develop it into a production-ready garment.
Can you handle large quantities?
Yes. Our facility runs three production lines with 36 working stations and more than 30 machines, so a volume order runs across the lines rather than one machine at a time.
How is pricing worked out?
Unit price depends on the garment, the fabric, the quantity and the finish. Send us your requirement and we will come back with a clear quote.
Where are you, and do you deliver nationally?
Our facility is in Ferndale, Randburg, Johannesburg. We deliver nationally across South Africa by courier.
