Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across South Africa.

Courier and delivery times

Online store orders are delivered by The Courier Guy. Delivery normally takes 2 to 3 working days nationally after dispatch. Outlying and rural areas may take longer.

Orders are dispatched from our Randburg facility within [dispatch time, to be confirmed] working days of payment. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Delivery fees

The delivery fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Free delivery on orders over [free-delivery threshold, to be confirmed].

Bulk and business orders

Delivery for bulk, corporate, CMT, embroidery, private label and other business orders is quoted per order, based on volume, destination and timeline. It is confirmed on your quotation.

Problems with your delivery

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us within [7] days of delivery at admin@homelandbrand.co.za or on 069 007 2378, with your order number and photos where possible, and we will put it right. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected.
