These terms apply to your use of homelandbrand.co.za and to purchases from the HomeLand online store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the CPA or ECTA.

Online store orders

All prices are in South African rand (ZAR) and [include VAT, to be confirmed]. Delivery fees are shown at checkout.
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was displayed in error, and we will refund any payment in full.
Product images are for illustration. Colours may vary slightly between screens and production batches.
Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown. We do not store card details.

Manufacturing, bulk and branded orders

CMT, workwear manufacturing, embroidery and branding, private label and other bulk or business orders are governed by the written quotation and any agreement issued for that order, including specifications, pricing, deposits, lead times and approval of samples and artwork. Where there is a conflict, the quotation and agreement take precedence over these terms.

When you supply designs, logos, artwork, patterns or fabric, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that our use of them to fulfil your order does not infringe anyone else's rights. We keep your designs and specifications confidential and use them only to fulfil your order.

Intellectual property

The HomeLand name, logo, website content and images belong to HomeLand or Mongato Brands (Pty) Ltd, or are used under licence. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it may occasionally contain errors or be unavailable.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the CPA, including for defective goods.
